Cell Phones — Use of cell phones is not permitted in sessions, workshops or meetings. Please remember to turn them off or to silent mode. Continuing Education Opportunities — Visit the ACA professional development staff in the ACA Resource Center during registration hours for additional information. See pages 44 and 46. Exhibitor Service Counter — Located in the Cypress Foyer. Facility Tours — Facility tours are being offered by the Host Committee. You may sign up for the tours from Friday, Jan. 27 to Monday, Jan. 30. Space is limited, so sign up in the registration area. See pages 36–37. Food Service — A variety of food and beverage outlets are located in the Orlando World Center Marriott and surrounding area. General Session — Monday, Jan. 30, from 9–10:30 a.m. in the Canary Ballroom. See page 32. Grand Prize Giveaway — The grand prize will be given away on Tuesday, Jan. 31, at 12:45 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall. Badge Identification — Wear your ACA badge at all times during the ACA 2023 Winter Conference. It is your passport to the General Session, Exhibit Hall, workshops and social events. There will be badge checkers at each event. Badge Replacement — If you lose your badge, replace it at the ACA registration area for a $25 fee. Business Center — the FedEx store is located inside the Convention Center. The hours are:
