Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) is transforming medicine. In correctional medicine, this capacity improves efficiency, access and diagnostics. clinicians in patient management. POCUS is becoming standard of care for otherwise difficult blood draws, IV insertions and joint injections, improving outcomes and reducing off-site events. This presentation will describe POCUS training and outcomes for correctional clinicians and nurses, and include hands-on demonstrations. Learning Objectives: 1.
