Learning Objectives: 1.Participants will be able to define how reproductive health impacts recidivism, mental and physical health, rehabilitation and poverty cycles among justice involved women. Additionally, identify the unique opportunity DDOCs have to impact these variables by providing comprehensive women’s health services including all classes of effective contraceptive methods. 2.Participants will be able to discuss the crucial role of a multi-agency, multidisciplinary approach in setting up and running a robust women’s health (including contraceptive access) program. This includes being able to delineate the importance, and contributions of the health department (Title X), facility security and facility medical in running this program. 3.Participants will be able to develop networks and partnerships within and beyond DOC that will facilitate payment
