Sponsorship is open for multi- ple sponsors to provide light refreshments and snacks to the attendees after the Gener - al Session. The audience will appreciate the food and bever - age provided by the sponsors. Everyone likes to eat. Exhibit Hall Lunch Table $850 Sponsor a lunch table in the exhibit hall. Your company logos will be on the tables in the ACA Lounge during lunch service. This sponsorship involves plac - ing a flyer or promotional item from your company in all ACA tote bags *Tote Bags Cost of the bags

E.R. Cass Banquet Entertainment $6,000

This sponsorship involves providing tote bags to all attendees of the conference, which will have your company name and logo as well as ACA’s logo on each bag. Your company name will be in front of everyone in attendance on a daily basis. Tote Bag Material Placement $500 This sponsorship involves placing a flyer or promo- tional item from your company in all ACA tote bags. Upon registration, every conference attendee is given a tote bag, and this is a great way to ensure direct and continued exposure for your company to all attendees throughout the conference. Schedule at a Glance $6,000 A condensed pocket guide will include the schedule of workshops and sessions. As a sponsor your logo will be on the inside over.

Sponsorship of the E.R. Cass Award Banquet allows your company to be associated with this prestigious event. Traditionally, the E.R. Cass Award Banquet recog- nizes individuals who have exceptionally served in the field of corrections. The E.R. Cass Award is one of the highest honors in corrections, and your company would provide the entertainment for the evening. Your compa - ny will be recognized on stage, as well as in the event program book and any other promotional materials associated with the event. *Sponsor responsible for all costs associated with sponsorship.
