Global Pandemic Response: 2020 Recap, 2021 Reset

Navigating the unknowns of the COVID-19 pandemic tested existing emergency management plans and led to a proactive multidisciplinary approach in planning resource management, stakeholder involvement and enhanced technological infrastructure. This session will address measures correctional agencies implemented to successfully manage correctional population during the pandemic, minimize lawsuits and apply the lessons learned to enhance public safety and improve correctional operations for the future.
