Continuing Education Opportunities — Visit the ACA professional development staff in the ACA Resource Center during registration hours for additional information. See pages 40 and 42.

Policy on Masks:

Exhibitor Service Counter — Located in Exhibit Hall C/D.

ACA recommends attendees wear masks while inside buildings, whether or not you are vaccinated. The ACA staff will all be wearing masks and we urge you to wear a mask covering your nose and mouth. We also urge you to practice mitigation wherever possible. ACA is setting up our meetings to mitigate as much as possible.

Facility Tours — Facility tours are being offered by the Host Committee. You may sign up for the tours from Thursday, Aug. 12, to the morning of Sunday, Aug. 15. Space is limited, so sign up in the registration area. See pages 34-35. Food Service — A variety of food and beverage outlets are located in the Music City Center and surrounding area. General Session — Friday, Aug. 13, from 2–3:30 p.m. in the Music City Center, Exhibit Hall D. See page 30. Grand Prize Giveaway — The grand prize will be given away on Sunday, Aug. 15, at 1:45 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall. The grand prize is sponsored by Acorn Engineering/ AcornVac, Attenti, Falcon, Inc., NCIC Inmate Communications, RaySecur and VitalCore Health Strategies. Don’t forget to get your ticket stamped. You must be present to win! We will stop accepting entries at 11:15 a.m. See page 32.

General Information Badge Identification — Wear your ACA badge at all times during the ACA Congress of Correction. It is your passport to the General Session, Exhibit Hall, workshops and social events. There will be badge checkers at each event.

Badge Replacement — If you lose your badge, replace it at the ACA registration area for a $25 fee. Business Center — the UPS store is located inside the Music City Center. The hours are Monday to Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Cell Phones — Use of cell phones is not permitted in sessions, workshops or meetings. Please remember to turn them off or to silent mode.
