We will discuss the relationships between mental health disorders, incarceration and recidivism as well as trends in mental health treatment within the correctional system. We will discuss issues people with mental health disorders face upon release from the correctional system

such as barriers to care as well as identify evidence-based practices that lower rates of recidivism.
