Our team members are looking for opportunities to connect with programs and support that will help them achieve their personal goals and to return to life stronger than before. Health-related programs already afforded to our organizations are vastly underutilized and most people only think of their health plan (insurance) when they are sick. In this session, we will walk you through strategies to utilize existing programs and benefits available to your employees with a spirit of recovery. In this session, you will discover what you can do to integrate agency incentives that inspire healthy behaviors by repackaging and promoting existing programs.
