Exhibitor Timeline and Important Dates Please note the following important dates and deadlines regarding the upcoming 2020 Winter Conference.

Aug 2019

Submit Booth Reservation Contract along with deposit or full payment. Aug 30 — Ad contracts for the 2020 Winter Conference Planning Guide are due today.

Sept 2019

Submit Booth Reservation Contract along with deposit or full payment. Receive Booth Confirmation Letter via ACA email. Sept 13 — Ad materials for the 2020 Winter Conference Planning Guide are due today. Oct 1 — Housing opens online: register.aca.org Oct 1 — Online Registration opens through ExpoLogic and the Exhibitor Kit is available online through Hargrove. Submit Booth Reservation Contract along with deposit or full payment.

Oct 2019

Nov 2019

Nov 8 — Deadline for Program Book Advertising Contracts. Submit Booth Reservation Contract along with deposit or full payment. Nov 11 — Deposit Deadline. All payments after this date must be in full.

Nov 15 — Deadline for the Exhibitor Directory listing in the 2020 Winter Conference Program Book. All contact information and company descriptions must be submitted by this date to be included in the Program Book. Nov 22 — Deadline for Program Book Ad Materials.

Dec 2019

Dec 9 — Shipment to Advance Warehouse begins. Dec 19 — Order forms discount deadline for Hargrove.

Jan 2020

Jan 6 — Shipment to Advance Warehouse ends. Jan 9 — Conference begins.

Jan 10 — On-site registration opens. Jan 10 — Direct Shipping begins.
