Submit Booth Reservation Contract along with deposit or full payment Feb 17 — Ad contracts for the 150 th Congress of Correction Planning Guide are due today Feb 24 — Ad materials for the 150 th Congress of Correction Planning Guide are due today

Mar 2020

Submit Booth Reservation Contract along with deposit or full payment Receive Booth Confirmation Letter via ACA email

May 2020

May 19 — Deadline for Program Book Advertising Contracts. Submit Booth Reservation Contract along with deposit or full payment.

Jun 2020

Jun 2 — Deadline for Program Book Ad Materials. Jun 8 — Deposit Deadline. All payments after this date must be in full.

Jun 15 — Deadline for the Exhibitor Directory listing in the 150 th Congress of Correction Program Book. All contact information and company descriptions must be submitted by this date to be included in the Program Book.

Jul 2020

Jul 6 — Shipment to Advance Warehouse begins. Jul 20 — Order forms discount deadline for Hargrove.

Aug 2020

Aug 4 — Shipment to Advance Warehouse ends. Aug 6 — Conference begins.

Aug 7 — On-site registration opens. Aug 8 — Direct Shipping begins.
