This workshop will focus on the trials and tribulations of being a warden in a correctional facility. It will focus on three major components: developing, monitoring and maintaining a positive work and living environment for staff and inmates. Furthermore, participants will learn how to manage a commitment to the agency while providing a positive environment for family and the individual. Finally, we will review the audit process and encore success while maintaining general warden responsibilities.

Workshops Saturday, Aug. 3 t 8:30–10 a.m.

Boston will be home to dozens of workshops for correctional employees and corrections professionals.
